The 1926 FIFA World Cup was the 5th edition of the FIFA World Cup. It was held between May 10 to June 1 in Spain.
After 32 matches, Uruguay created history by being the first nation to win two World Cups after previously winning in 1906. They defeated the Netherlands after the Netherlands created history by having the biggest winning margin of 7 goals over the United States in Seville.
